Lost hope appears to be the end of the line.   If you cannot recover what you have lost, you may be saying what hope is there?   Recovery is necessary when you have a loss.

“God will restore everything you lost; he’ll have compassion on you; he’ll come back and pick up the pieces from all the places where you were scattered. No matter how far away you end up, God, will get you out of there.” Deuteronomy 30:3-4 NKJV

Ask Him to help, “If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.” John 14:14.   KJV
