Why is God’s Word Important?

We live in a post-Christian era. Many people do not see any relevance to God’s word. Just because we choose to not believe something, does not make it untrue. And, in God’s word there are some serious statements. We will be judged by the word in the end, so it seems it would be important to know by what guidelines we will be judged.

“He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him—the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day.”
