Bullying

What is bullying? I would say, it is a process of trying to make a person feel inferior, never fitting in with the people who are bullying, and basically trying to destroy one’s reputation; even physically through mental torment.

Jesus experienced bullying when He was on earth, so it is nothing new. People wanted to assassinate His character, complaining He ate with sinners, and they tried to twist His words; even going so low as to say His miracles were from the power of the devil.

But, Jesus offers us a blessing if we are not offended by what people say about us, only for the reason we trust in Him and believe what He said in God’s word.

“And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.”
